Kineo Technologies Terms & Conditions (eNom)

When you sign up for an eNom account you accept our Terms of Service, you also agree to be bound by eNom's current terms and conditions which can be found at eNom.com.

Accounts may not be sold or transferred into another name without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend our services at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to disable inactive free accounts (empty account with no domain registration in more than 3 months). If your account is disabled, you can sign up any time for a new reseller account.

We reserve the right to disable your account if there is (are) fraudulent order(s) generated by (1) you, (2) your customers or (3) your subaccount holders. If we are charged by eNom because of fraud generated under your account, we reserve the right to pass these charges to you.

The rates listed are 100% guaranteed not to go up unless our providers or eNom themselves raise your wholesale rates or Kineo Technologies wholesale rates.

We guarantee that we won't raise your rates but we can not guarantee eNom's strategy and eNom's price changes.

In no event shall Kineo Technologies, LLC be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change our Terms of Service without prior notification.
